How do subscriptions work?
You can select a plan that best fits your family size. We will deliver your XL laundry bags for your first order within 24 hours. With our service, you're in control of your pick-ups. You can use all of your bags at once or schedule them as you need throughout the month. Your subscription will renew on the day of the month opted in, and all pick-ups can be scheduled online. Bags do not roll over to the following month.
What can I expect from my first order?
On your scheduled pick-up date, simply set your laundry in plain sight before your scheduled pick-up time by your door. You can expect your laundry to be picked up between 7AM & 2PM. Reminder to check your pockets. While we do check all pockets, Out in the Wash is not responsible for these items or damaged headphones, Chapstick, pens, etc.

If this is your first pick-up, place laundry in a disposable bag outside of your door. You do not need to separate; we'll take care of that! Please place delicate garments in a separate bag or describe items in detail on check out form.
What type of laundry soap does Out in the Wash use?
When scheduling your pick-up, you'll fill out our checkout form to specify your preferences for laundry detergent, softener, drying methods, and more. Get your laundry done your way! We offer Tide Original, Gain Original, ECOS (Hypoallergenic).
When should I expect my laundry to be returned?
Pick-up and drop off days are currently Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Laundry items are returned within 48 hours. Express delivery for next day is available for $15. Please select YES to express delivery on your check out form. We will email you an invoice for express delivery payment due upon receipt. Friday pick-ups are delivered on Monday.
How often do I schedule my pick-up?
Great news! Our laundry service offers flexible scheduling to fit your unique laundry needs. Whether you prefer a weekly bag pick-up or a monthly one, we've got you covered. Simply the frequency that works best for you and enjoy fresh, clean clothes without the hassle of doing laundry yourself.

* Normal wear and tear to laundry bags is expected. We will replace bags as needed at no extra cost. If a bag is lost or stolen customers can replace their bags for $12. *
